This cuvée is made from the estate’s best vines in the foothills of the Corbières on red clay-limestone and limestone soils.
The wine has a deep garnet colour. The nose is filled with fresh ripe cherries, while the palate is fleshy, generous, and coated with tasty tannins.
Serve it chilled. Best to enjoy it with a soft chocolate cake with a raspberry sauce, such as black forest case, also great with blue cheese!
Grape(s): Grenache Noir
