Your name, address, email address and phone number are shared with the staff member at Drop Dulwich in order for them to send you your order.

In addition the name, address and phone number of the recipient of an order will be shared with our courier partners both digitally and physically in order to deliver the order.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored in a cloud based management system managed by Squarespace.

We keep your contact details and order history for 5 years from your last order. We will then dispose of your information by deleting this from our management system and email service.

Drop Dulwich (Hayley’s Wines Ltd) may, from time to time, expand or reduce our business and this may involve the sale and/or the transfer of control of all or part of Hayley’s Wines Ltd. Data provided by Users will, where it is relevant to any part of our business so transferred, be transferred along with that part and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this privacy policy, be permitted to use the Data for the purposes for which it was originally supplied to us.
